VESSEL PARAMETERS

​

> In-Situ Sterilizable (SIP) Type  
> Working Volume:  500liters 
> Total Volume : 750liters
> D/H ratio: 1:2.5 standard (Other ratios available on request)
> Top plate bolted to Shell using SS bolts and nuts (clamped bolting also possible)

> GMP versions possible
> Bottom Shell : Welded 
> Jacket Spiral : Spiral Type the same covers 80% of the total height of the Vessel
> Jacket Material of construction: SS 304 (SS 304L can also be offered)

> Material & Finish: 
-     Stainless Steel SS316L     
-     316L Ra <0.4mm Stainless Steel Head Plate 
-     Jacketed Vessel  Temperature Control via passing steam inside the Jacket and as well as purging steam through the Sparger.

AERATION

> Adjustable air flow via Rotameter external air compressor 
> Air Inlet & outlet with 0.2
mm absolute filter in-situ sterilizable, tubular ring sparger, manual pressure control valve in Exhaust.
> Filter with Full draining stainless steel housing with steam connection
> Diaphragm valves on air sparger, bypass and steam to filter lines

AGITATION

​

> Agitation is equipped with 3 Rushton Turbines 
> Multi Spring Single Dry Mechanical Seal 
> Number of Baffles : 4 with 1/10th width of ID covering bottom dish
> Adjustable Speed 50 - 700rpm with 3HP powerful AC induction motor

BASE FRAME  

 

Frame made of epoxy powder mild steel to house the vessel, agitator assembly along with pipe rack are provided

 

CONTROL PANEL

 

> Microprocessor based control panel 
> Individual PID controllers for temperature and speed control (supersedes if PLC control is taken) 
> Temperature measurement through PT 100 probe. 
> pH measurement with sterilization resistant electrode (High temperature probe to withstand 130°C, make Jumo, / Broadley james) .
> Digital indication of temperature, pH and speed (RPM). 
> Three numbers of peristaltic pumps with suitable silicon tubing for    acid, alkali and feed addition, into the vessel.
> High temperature polarographic type Dissolved Oxygen sensor and Microprocessor based controller for Dissolved oxygen control
> Control range is 0 to 100% saturation. 
> Probe withstands high temperature of 130°C

> Antifoam Control supplied with SS probe and fixed speed peristaltic pump for pumping defaoming agents is available optionally

> Other paramters namely Dissolved Co2, Turbidity , redox can be offered optionally

> GMP full stainless steel models possible
